Porth Dafarch – Sunday 14 June 2026
Dive Guide: Porth Dafarch, Holy Island, Anglesey, Wales – is a smallish (100m wide) cove which opens out to the Irish Sea and is situated on the West coast of Holy Island on the North Western side of Anglesey. It offers the diver the opportunity of a shallow shore dive with easy access and rocky gullies to explore. The cove is also reputed to be the home of a sunken galleon laden with French gold sent to supply Bonnie Prince Charlie during his rebellion so keep your eyes peeled for buried treasure.
